CORTNEY'S VISIT TO SYDNEY, CIRCULAR QUAY AND THE TARONGA ZOO

Cortney's first look at Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House!!
We were at the Royal Botanical Gardens with all their large unusual trees overlooking the harbour! Most beaches have a swimming pool with water from the ocean pumped in and out.

This tree is a Ficus Macrophylla
known as a Moreton Bay Fig

We visited the Sydney Temple grounds. The temple is small but beautiful!
Love this veiw of Bulli Beach truely our favorite place!  You can see forever from the view point!

Aboriginal playing the digeridoo!! love the music!!

Circular Quay where the harbours for the ferry's; the bridge and opera house are located.  We took the train from Campbelltown. Cortney and I got pretty good using the train to get places!!
View of the city from the ferry.  Across the bay by the shore is where some of the very wealthy live! We are off to the Taronga Zoo!

Koala's, giraffe's all with a view.  The Zoo sits on a hill and you walk up and down through the whole zoo.  We had to take a ferry and then a gondola ride to get into the zoo...was brilliant!!
